Where is my order?
Check the tracking link in your dispatch email or SMS first — it is the fastest answer. If tracking has not moved in 48 hours, write to us.
Can you repair a piece I already own?
Yes. Lifetime repair support covers every piece we have made. Send a photo of the damage and we will tell you what is possible.
