Warranty & Repairs Policy

1. Applicability

This Warranty & Repairs Policy applies solely to products purchased directly from Wildebeast's official website, www.wildebeast.in. It does not apply to products purchased through any third-party marketplace, reseller, distributor, or e-commerce platform — including but not limited to Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or any other online or offline retailer — regardless of whether the product is a genuine Wildebeast product. Customers who purchased through such third-party channels should refer to the warranty, return, and guarantee policies of the platform or seller from which the purchase was made, and not this policy.

Purchase of any Wildebeast product directly from www.wildebeast.in constitutes acceptance of this policy. This policy must be read together with our Refund Policy, and the definitions and exclusions therein apply equally here.

2. Two-Year Limited Guarantee

Wildebeast products purchased directly from www.wildebeast.in are covered by a 2-Year Limited Guarantee from the date of delivery, applicable solely against verified manufacturing defects arising under normal, intended use.

The guarantee covers, subject to inspection and verification by Wildebeast:

• Structural stitching failure not caused by stress, overloading, or misuse

• Functional failure of zips, clasps, or hardware attachment attributable to manufacturing

• Delamination or assembly defects attributable to manufacturing

All guarantee assessments, determinations, and remedies are provided solely at the discretion of Wildebeast, and Wildebeast's inspection decision shall be final and binding.

3. Remedy

• The primary remedy under this guarantee is repair of the affected product.

• Replacement of the product may be offered only at Wildebeast's sole discretion, where repair is not feasible.

• The guarantee does not entitle the customer to a cash refund.

• Where a repair requires replacement parts, components, or materials (including but not limited to zips, buckles, studs, handles, straps, linings, or leather panels), such parts and the associated servicing fall under our Lifetime Repair Support (Section 6) and are chargeable.

4. Nature of Genuine Leather

All Wildebeast products are made using natural leather. Leather is a natural material: it changes with use, responds to climate and handling, and ages gracefully under normal usage, developing character and patina over time. With normal use and reasonable care, a full-grain leather product will last for a very long time.

Accordingly, the following are inherent characteristics of genuine leather and shall not be considered defects or guarantee claims under any circumstances:

• Natural grain variation, texture differences, and surface irregularities

• Shade or colour variation within or between products, or change of shade over time

• Wrinkles, veins, scars, or marks

• Pull-up effect, patina formation, softening, or change in appearance due to handling, climate, moisture, or use

5. Exclusions & Voiding of Guarantee

This guarantee does not cover, and shall stand void in cases of:

• Products not purchased directly from www.wildebeast.in, including those purchased via Amazon or any other third-party marketplace, reseller, or retailer

• Rough, negligent, abnormal, or unnecessary use, including overloading beyond the product's intended capacity

• Normal wear and tear, including scuffs, scratches, corner wear, edge wear, and cosmetic ageing

• Damage from accidents, impact, tearing, punctures, or crushing

• Exposure to water immersion, rain damage, heat, direct prolonged sunlight, chemicals, solvents, perfumes, or improper cleaning agents

• Improper storage, mould, or fungus arising from storage conditions

• Alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by any party other than Wildebeast

• Damage caused by third-party couriers after delivery, or by pets, sharp objects, or foreign substances

• Products purchased second-hand or without valid proof of purchase from www.wildebeast.in

6. Lifetime Repair Support

Beyond and outside the scope of the 2-Year Limited Guarantee, Wildebeast offers Lifetime Repair Support on products purchased directly from www.wildebeast.in. This is a chargeable service, offered where the product is repairable, as assessed solely by Wildebeast. Service charges, part costs, and two-way shipping costs are borne by the customer and will be communicated before work begins. Wildebeast reserves the right to decline repair where a product is assessed as non-repairable, or where the product was not purchased directly from www.wildebeast.in.

7. Claim Process

• Claims must be raised within the guarantee period by writing to hello@wildebeast.in with the www.wildebeast.in order confirmation number, valid proof of purchase, and clear photographs of the issue.

• Wildebeast may require the product to be shipped to us for physical inspection; shipping costs are borne by the customer unless a manufacturing defect is verified, in which case Wildebeast will bear reasonable return shipping.

• All returned products undergo mandatory inspection. If the issue is found to be a natural leather characteristic (Section 4), normal wear, user-induced damage (Section 5), or the product was not purchased directly from www.wildebeast.in, the claim will be declined.

• Approved repairs are typically completed within 15–30 business days of receipt, subject to part availability.

8. Final Authority

Wildebeast reserves the sole right to approve or reject any guarantee or repair claim. All decisions taken by Wildebeast shall be final and non-contestable. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
