Shipping policy

At Wildebeast, we are committed to delivering your order swiftly, securely, and with the care our products deserve. Once an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing your shipment within 1–2 business days. Orders are typically dispatched through our trusted courier partners, and the estimated delivery timeframe will be communicated during checkout based on your location. Standard delivery within India generally takes between 3–7 business days from dispatch, though delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical disruptions.

We currently ship across most pin codes in India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please ensure all shipping details are entered accurately at the time of purchase, as Wildebeast cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information. In the event that a package is returned to us due to non-delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your shipment’s journey. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for any delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events. In the rare instance of a package being lost or damaged in transit, we will work with our delivery partners to investigate and, where appropriate, replace the item or issue a refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout. Any promotional free shipping offers are valid only under the terms specified at the time and may be subject to minimum order values or limited-time availability. Wildebeast reserves the right to modify shipping charges or timelines without prior notice, though any such changes will not affect orders already placed.
