These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern all use of the website wildebeast.in (the "Site") and the products and services made available on or through it (together with the Site, the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by KKSK Fashion Mart LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India with its registered office at Chunnambu Oodai, Bhavani Main Road, Erode 638005, Tamil Nadu, India ("WildeBeast," "we," "us," or "our"), under which the WildeBeast brand of leather goods is sold.
By accessing or using the Service, you ("User," "you," or "Customer") agree to be bound by this Agreement in full, along with any other policies referenced herein, including our Shipping & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and Access
The Service is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and not for resale or the benefit of any third party. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are using the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the Service, or any part or feature of it, at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you for doing so.
This Agreement is void wherever prohibited by law, and your right to use the Service is revoked in any such jurisdiction.
2. Changes to This Agreement
We may revise this Agreement at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Material changes will, where feasible, also be notified via email to registered customers. Continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. You are responsible for periodically reviewing this page.
3. Products, Pricing and Availability
All product descriptions, images, and prices on the Site are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing and product information is accurate, but errors may occur.
Pricing errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or pricing error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment collected. Where payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are placed through our Shopify-hosted checkout. We accept payment via the cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods enabled through our payment gateway at checkout, as well as Cash on Delivery ("COD") where offered, which may be subject to OTP-based verification before dispatch.
A GST-compliant tax invoice will ordinarily be generated within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
Order acceptance: Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, inability to verify a COD order, or issues identified during our routine risk checks.
5. Order Cancellation
By the Customer: You may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not already been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed to our logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be governed by our Returns & Exchanges terms below. Whether an order has been "processed" is determined solely by us, acting reasonably, and this determination is final. Any promotional code, discount, or voucher applied to a cancelled order will not be reissued or refunded.
By WildeBeast: We may cancel any order, whether or not confirmed and paid for, where: the product is unavailable or out of stock; there is a suspected error in product listing, pricing, or description; our fraud and risk checks flag the order or the customer's account; a COD order cannot be verified; or the delivery address falls outside our serviceable pin codes. If your payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within a reasonable time.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy, published separately on the Site. Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon our handover of the shipment to our courier or logistics partner. Claims for damaged or non-received shipments will be investigated at our discretion, and any replacement, credit, or refund arising from such a claim is granted solely at our discretion following that investigation.
7. Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery, subject to the product being unused, unworn, undamaged, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. Products marked as final sale, clearance, or otherwise expressly excluded at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
A restocking fee of 5% of the order value applies to returns or exchanges made for reasons of change of mind, incorrect selection, or any other reason not attributable to us. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount before it is processed. No restocking fee applies where the return or exchange is on account of a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or an item received in error on our part.
Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or via bank transfer (for COD orders) after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by us. This process typically takes between two and three weeks from the date we receive the returned item. Replacement of a product or issuance of credit for items claimed as damaged, defective, or not received remains subject to our investigation and reasonable discretion.
8. Lifetime Service Support
WildeBeast products are covered by our Lifetime Service Support commitment, applicable to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship only. For clarity, Lifetime Service Support is a voluntary service commitment offered by us as a matter of goodwill and brand policy, and does not constitute a statutory "warranty" or "guarantee" as those terms are used under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any rules made thereunder; your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law remain unaffected and are in addition to this commitment.
Not covered: Damage caused by water, salt, heat, oil, cosmetics or makeup, ink or pen marks, abrasive cleaning products, general wear and tear, overloading, or improper storage. Suede, nubuck, and light-coloured leathers in particular cannot always be restored to their original shade once damaged by moisture or staining.
How it works: Where a manufacturing defect is identified and accepted by us, we will repair the product at a nominal charge, subject to the availability of matching leather, hardware, and fittings. Products that have been repaired, altered, or serviced by any party other than WildeBeast or our authorised service partners will not be accepted for further repair or exchange under this commitment.
Care guidance: To help your product last, avoid overloading, store it in the dust bag/box provided when not in use, wipe clean with a soft dry cloth only, and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat, which may cause fading or drying of the leather.
9. Marketing Communications and Consent
By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise providing your contact details on the Site, you consent to receive transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, payment receipts) via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or call, as these are necessary to fulfil your order.
By separately opting in, you also consent to receive promotional and marketing communications (offers, new launches, newsletters) via the same channels. This consent is given even where your mobile number is registered on the National Customer Preference Register (NCPR)/Do Not Disturb (DND) list, to the extent permitted under the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2018. You may withdraw consent to promotional communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, replying STOP to SMS/WhatsApp messages, or writing to hello@wildebeast.in. Transactional communications relating to an active order cannot be opted out of.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, product photography, graphics, logos, videos, and software — is owned by or licensed to WildeBeast/KKSK Fashion Mart LLP and is protected under Indian and applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use this content solely for your personal, non-commercial use while shopping on the Site. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Site content without our prior written consent is prohibited.
11. User Submissions and Reviews
If you submit a product review, photo, or other content to us (including via the Site or social media in connection with our products), you grant WildeBeast a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content in connection with marketing and operating our business, including on the Site and our social channels. Reviews may be published showing your first name and last initial only. If you would prefer your review not be shared publicly, contact hello@wildebeast.in.
You warrant that any content you submit does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, and is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove or decline to publish any submission at our discretion.
12. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: use any automated tool (bot, scraper, spider, or similar) to access or extract data from the Site; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, our systems, or another user's account; probe, scan, or test the security of the Site; interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or any transaction conducted on it; impersonate any person or entity; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
13. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply our endorsement of it.
14. Fraud Prevention
We actively monitor orders and accounts for fraudulent activity. Where we identify fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith conduct — including misuse of referral codes, multiple fraudulent accounts, or repeated fraudulent COD refusal — we reserve the right to cancel affected orders, suspend or terminate the associated account, and pursue recovery of costs (including goods, collection, and legal costs) and/or legal action against the responsible party, without liability to us for doing so.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose — except as expressly set out in Section 8 (Lifetime Service Support) and Section 7 (Returns and Exchanges), and except to the extent such disclaimer is restricted by applicable Indian consumer protection law.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WildeBeast, KKSK Fashion Mart LLP, and our respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WildeBeast, KKSK Fashion Mart LLP, and our respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, demand, loss, or liability (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your breach of this Agreement; your misuse of the Service; or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
18. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or any part of it, at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, at our discretion — including without notice where we determine there is an immediate risk to WildeBeast, other users, or the Service. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, indemnification, warranty disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
19. Grievance Redressal (as required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020)

We will acknowledge any grievance received at this address within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within one month from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable law.
20. Privacy
Our collection, use, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, published separately on the Site and incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in that policy.
21. Electronic Communications
By using the Site or contacting us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including via email and notices posted on the Site. You agree that such electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be made in writing.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection law (which may entitle you to approach a consumer forum having jurisdiction over your own place of residence), any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Erode, Tamil Nadu.
23. Miscellaneous
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of the Agreement will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right under this Agreement is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign or transfer your rights under this Agreement without our prior written consent; we may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under this Agreement at our discretion. This Agreement, together with the policies referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and WildeBeast regarding the Service.
