Refund policy
1. Applicability
This policy applies to all products sold under the Wildebeast brand, irrespective of:
- Sales channel (website, offline, corporate, bulk, exhibitions, marketplaces, or direct sales)
- Whether the product is listed on the website or sold separately
Purchase of any Wildebeast product constitutes acceptance of this policy.
2. Nature of Genuine Leather
All Wildebeast products are made using natural leather.
The following are inherent, expected characteristics of genuine leather and shall not be considered defects, damage, or quality issues:
- Natural grain variation and texture differences
- Shade or colour variation within or between products
- Wrinkles, veins, scars, marks, or surface irregularities
- Pull-up effect, patina formation, or change in appearance due to handling, climate, or use
Such characteristics are natural outcomes of leather craftsmanship and do not qualify for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
3. Return Eligibility
Returns will be considered only if all conditions below are met:
- Return request raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product is unused, undamaged, and unaltered
- Product is returned in original packaging with all tags intact
Requests beyond the 7-day period will be automatically rejected.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Customized or personalized products
- Made-to-order products
- Items marked as final sale
- Products showing natural leather characteristics as defined in Section 2
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only in cases of verified manufacturing defects or transit damage.
- All returned products undergo mandatory inspection by our team.
- If the issue is found to be a natural leather characteristic or user-induced, the refund will be declined.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
- Wildebeast’s inspection decision shall be final and binding.
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability and management approval.
- Non-damaged products may be exchanged for items of equal value, after deduction of shipping costs.
- If a replacement product is unavailable, Wildebeast may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund.
7. Shipping Costs
- All return and exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Wildebeast will bear shipping costs only if the product delivered is incorrect or has a verified manufacturing defect.
8. Final Authority
Wildebeast reserves the sole right to approve or reject any return, refund, or exchange request.
All decisions taken by Wildebeast shall be final and non-contestable.
